We begin our selection with this 52 m² apartment located in the heart of the Gare district, just a short walk from Luxembourg’s central railway station.

Managed by the same owner, Villa Vinicia is located just steps from the Pétrusse Park, a place we highly recommend visiting. The park offers beautiful walking paths and highly Instagram-worthy photo opportunities, especially during autumn when the trees display vibrant colors.

This property is located slightly farther from the Gare district, between Merl Park—home to some amusing ducks that are worth meeting in person—and the southern section of Pétrusse Park.
