We begin this selection of Riga loverooms with the Brand New Apartment, a recently listed property that will likely become highly sought-after very soon.
It is located in Riga’s historic center, on the eastern side, not far from the beautiful university buildings and the City Canal, perfect for a romantic stroll.
This 35 m² apartment features a lovely bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining area with a sofa bed.
The bathroom is spacious enough to accommodate a retro-style illuminated corner spa bathtub/jacuzzi.
Forum Boutique Hotel
The Forums Boutique Hotel is located right in the heart of Riga’s Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the Daugava River and the beautiful St. Peter’s Church, and only 200 meters from the train station.
It is an ideal option if you want to stay close to everything while enjoying quality accommodation without breaking the bank.
Depending on the season, the Economy Double Room can drop to as little as €67 per night (including breakfast and free cancellation), while the Superior Double Room with balcony and spa bathtub can be found from around €93.
You may also choose the Superior Double Room with a sauna, although this room does not include a spa bathtub.
St Peter’s Boutique Hotel
Located on a street perpendicular to the Daugava River, St Peter’s Boutique Hotel takes its name from its proximity to St. Peter’s Church, less than 200 meters away.
The hotel occupies a building dating back to the 15th century, and several decorative elements still reflect its historic heritage.
Its bar perfectly captures the atmosphere, featuring a magnificent fireplace, exposed stone walls, and wooden beams. We highly recommend spending some time there. The hotel also offers a European restaurant and allows guests to enjoy breakfast in their room upon request or as a buffet.
The property includes a sauna and relaxation area. For extra privacy, we recommend booking the Executive Suite, a beautiful 50 m² suite featuring a spa bathtub and every comfort you could need.
Boutique Hotel Monte Kristo
The Boutique Hotel Monte Kristo is conveniently located near the train station and the main attractions of Riga’s historic center.
This charming traditional hotel offers several rooms and suites, including a 22 m² Junior Suite with a spa bathtub and a 25 m² Suite with a sauna, both at very reasonable prices (around €82 and €98 respectively). These rates include an excellent and varied breakfast buffet that can be enjoyed on the terrace.
We particularly love the sauna suite for its highly romantic red-toned décor and its magnificent bed.
The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant serving European cuisine.
Jekabpils 2 Apartment
The Jekabpils 2 Apartment is a beautiful 75 m² apartment located slightly outside Riga’s Old Town. However, a bus stop just one minute away provides direct access to the city center.
You will enjoy complete comfort with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and dishwasher, a spacious modern living room, and a bathroom featuring a spa bathtub.
We especially love the decorative ceiling moldings and the apartment’s elegant, understated style.

Oak Heart Maison 1 chambre
Oak Heart is an adorable 28 m² tiny house located on Salas Island, approximately 30 minutes by bus from central Riga.
Once you arrive, you may never want to leave the island. Couples can enjoy long walks through a vast park, water sports during summer, and relaxation on a private beach.
A private entrance leads to this charming retreat, where you can relax in the oversized bed or unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi. There is even a barbecue area on the terrace. Small treats such as champagne and chocolates are often provided for guests.
We fell in love with this property thanks to its bohemian décor, light and welcoming color palette, and charming outdoor fireplace.
Old town riverside apartment
Back in Riga’s historic center, the Riverside Old Town Spacious Apartment truly lives up to its name. This stunning 75 m² apartment is located in a historic building just 200 meters from Riga Cathedral.
It was one of our favorites.
We love its vintage-pop décor, colorful patterns, beautiful polished parquet flooring, fireplace, and of course its lovely spa bathtub.
You will also appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, excellent soundproofing, and abundant natural light thanks to its large windows.

If you choose a Suite or a Superior Room with daily spa access included, no additional spa fees are required.
