As for the food… we couldn’t help laughing at one automatic translation that described one dish as a “creamy seaweed bra”! Thankfully, the real menu is much more appetising. Let yourself be surprised by the Chef’s Surprise Menu, indulge in the €80 tasting menu or the vegetarian tasting menu, or simply order à la carte. Don’t miss the local eel or the traditional fish massada. If you’re visiting during the low season, the executive lunch menus offer excellent value, ranging from €16 to €35.
The restaurant also enjoys beautiful views over the canal, becoming especially magical after sunset when the lights shimmer across the water. It’s the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an unforgettable evening together.
Subenshi Sushi

But don’t let the pastries fool you—it also serves an excellent selection of savoury dishes. Its “Brunch All Day” concept is simply perfect. At M Bakery, the experience is just as important as the food itself.
Pink walls, comfortable chairs and floral details create a warm, Instagram-worthy setting where you’ll happily linger for hours.
Their slogan proudly celebrates their delicious cakes—and for good reason. The display is filled with beautifully decorated layer cakes, cupcakes and irresistible pastries, all perfect with a coffee or tea.
